The Dura Coat is the most durable one part product on the market- yet easy to apply with NO mixing involved. This makes every project easy to tackle while saving you time and money.
Step 1: Scrub
Floor with Muriatic Acid
Floor surface preparation is done using Muriatic Acid. This
water dilutable concrete etching compound will quickly remove excess
mortar and impurities from the floor. This will give the Dura Coat a solid surface to
adhere to.
Step 2: Apply Industrial State Supply
Apply Industrial State Supply's Dura Coat to the surface using 3/8ths roller to spread out the coating. From a paint pan, roll even thin coats in a "M" and "W" pattern. multiple thin coats is recommended. Wait 12 to 24 hours between coats.
Step 3: Add
Fleck if Desired
Evenly apply Fleck to desired areas by simply tossing the product
into the air or using a hand held seed spreader while the final coat of Dura Coat is still wet. The Fleck self
levels with the Dura Coat. .
